MarProbe is software used to maintain a secure connection to the Martello Central Server using state-of-the art security. This software monitors devices and captures system logs, SNMP traps and other relevant performance information.
MarCentral provides a secure, highly available and scalable information processing and communication capability. It communicates with all the CPE probes and maintains a database of status and events in addition to providing a flexible reporting and query interface.
With a design and structure that is highly flexible MarWatch provides multiple access levels to users:
Administrator User:
Accounts used by Value-Added Reseller (VAR) or Mitel Authorized Solution Partners are able to administer end user customer accounts and to access customer network monitoring information. An Administrator User only has access to information for customers created and managed by their specific VAR.
Customer User:
Accounts are limited and can only be created by an Administrator User to allow an end-customer to have access to their specific companies web portal.
