The MarWatch™ Process

Proactive Monitoring: Using MarProbe – The Java application within the customer LAN, MarWatch™ will automatically receive updates from the end customer site to verify their network is reliably functioning at optimal performance.

24/7 Notification: If certain threshold limits are exceeded, an alarm will be sent to the appropriate person immediately. The alarm is received instantly using MarProbe which will allow resellers to troubleshoot problems and fix them quickly. MarWatch™ utilizes several notification methods such as email, RSS, and SMS.

Detailed Reporting: Detailed monthly reports are generated and sent to the end customer showing key information such as the root cause of the problem, where it happens, time it happened, and the period needed to fix it.

Future Planning: Reporting and documenting all problems gives network managers the ability to track patterns and capacity planning to prevent future issues and  improve system performance.
