As President and CEO of Martello Technologies, John oversees corporate direction & strategy, to grow the business and ensure the company’s position as a global industry leader.

A respected senior ICT executive, Mr. Proctor brings more than eight years of experience driving strategic initiatives that build businesses. Prior to his work in the private sector, Mr. Proctor served for more than twenty years in the Canadian and British Forces. On entering the private sector he has served in multiple roles, including Vice President, Global Cyber Security at CGI, where he was responsible for the company’s strategic vision on Cyber Security. John is also a very active member of the ICT community, including sitting on the ICT advisory board for Government Affairs Canada and also the CATA Cyber Council.

Erin Crowe is Chief Financial Officer of Martello. Erin has more than 20 years’ experience in CFO and senior finance roles. Prior to Martello, Erin held various CFO and COO roles, including Executive VP and CFO of Senators Sports & Entertainment. Erin has received many accolades: the Ottawa Women’s Business Network named her the 2009 Corporate Businesswoman of the Year and she was included in the Ottawa Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2010.

Erin holds a degree in Commerce from Queen’s University, as well as FCPA and FCA designations.

Doug Bellinger is Chief Technology Officer for Martello Technologies. A technology leader, Doug has over twenty years of experience in telecommunications networking, service and network management, and all aspects of software product development and lifecycle management. At Martello, Doug is responsible for the company’s technology strategy and for building a first-class development team.

Doug previously held positions at Nakina Systems, Atreus Systems, Solect Technology, CrossKeys Systems, CADLink Technology and Newbridge Networks. Prior to co-founding Atreus, Doug was a founding member of CrossKeys Systems Corporation, a leading network and service management company that achieved IPO in 1997. In that role, Doug was instrumental in the aggressive growth of corporate revenues and responsible for rapidly growing the R&D group.

Doug holds a B.A. Sc. (Honours, Applied Science in Electrical Engineering) from Queen’s University.

Niall Gallagher is co-founder and Vice President, Product Management for Martello Technologies. The visionary behind Martello’s early product development, Niall has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry starting with Nortel Networks in 1981. He has held senior management positions in Nortel Networks in Canada and Hong Kong. He joined Mitel Networks in 2005 where he was responsible for Strategic Planning and Product Management for Mitel’s Service Provider business.

Niall holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from University College Dublin and an MBA from the University of Ottawa.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Stefanie is an IT business leader responsible for global sales, marketing and customer success strategy at Martello; leading the team to develop and execute strategies that grow the company's sales channels and revenues. Stefanie is a highly accomplished industry expert in Software, IT & Retail who was previously CEO of Savision. Prior to that role she was the Managing Director for a market-leading consumer retail chain with 35 outlets before successfully leading her own start-up to become, and still remain, one of the key IT firms in The Benelux. Following that, Stefanie was an integral part of the Federal government’s Direct Foreign Investment team for the City of Amsterdam. Stefanie is also co-founder of AmsterdamPark Capital, an early-stage technology investor.

Stefanie graduated from universities situated within New York and Utah, with degrees in Liberal Arts and Psychology.

As Chief Innovation Officer, Frederick steers Martello Technologies into the future by imagining new ideas and technologies. With over 20 years of experience in networking and design with world-renowned organizations such as IBM and Bell Canada. Frederick is also the co-founder of successful technology firms such as Victrix, and Elfiq Networks, now a subsidiary of Martello. During his 15 years as CTO of Elfiq Networks, he has brought countless innovations to the market, including the Elfiq Link Balancer, which has been deployed in over 150 countries.

Frederick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree focused in Computing from Université de Sherbrooke in Sherbrooke, Québec.

Sir Terence Matthews is the founder and Chairman of Wesley Clover, an investment vehicle and holding company. Terry has either founded or funded over 80 companies since 1972 including Newbridge Networks, a company he founded in 1986 and which became a leader in the worldwide data networking industry. In 1972, before launching Newbridge, Terry co-founded Mitel, a world leader in the design and manufacturing of enterprise communications solutions. Wesley Clover now has interests in a broad range of next-generation technology companies, real estate, hotels, and resorts.

In addition to being the Chairman of Wesley Clover, Terry is also Chairman or Director of a number of private and publicly traded companies.

Terry holds an honours degree in electronics from the University of Wales and is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical Engineers and of the Royal Academy of Engineering. In 1994, he was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire, and in the 2001 Queen’s Birthday Honours, he was awarded a Knighthood. In 2011, he was appointed Patron of the European Cancer Stem Cell Research Institute.

Under his leadership as CEO, Martello saw a 3-year revenue growth of more than 600%. In addition to his previous role as Martello CEO, Bruce is also the co-founder and Chairman of Canopy Growth Corporation. Bruce has been a founder, CEO and board member at a wide variety of enterprises. After beginning his career at Newbridge Networks Corporation, he has since held positions that include General Manager and Re-Founder of Computerland.ca, President and Co-Founder of webHancer Corp, and part of the establishing team at CrossKeys Systems Corporation.

Bruce has been responsible for the acquisition and/or disposition of more than a billion dollars in business assets and has established regular engagement with the World Bank and Asia Development Bank while focused on markets in India, Philippines, China, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan. Bruce led the successful entry of both CrossKeys and Clearford into the Chinese market. In 2009 Clearford was awarded by the Canada-China Business Council for its market entry strategy. He was also part of the leadership team for the Nasdaq/TSX initial public offering at CrossKeys Systems Corporation.

Mike Michalyshyn is a seasoned technology lawyer with extensive in-house experience in the embedded software marketplace with QNX Software Systems and BlackBerry. He has served on QNX’s senior management team as the General Counsel and VP of HR, and as a co-lead with QNX’s CFO during a financing and two subsequent acquisitions of the company. He also served as the head of BlackBerry’s Technology Licensing group.

Mr. Michalyshyn graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta Law School and is a member of the Ontario Bar and a registered Canadian patent agent. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. Mike is currently serving as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ViXS Systems Inc., a Canadian fabless semiconductor company (TSE:VXS).
