Outages are only going to get worse – Are you ready?
There was a time when a data-breach was on the top of CIO’s and CTO’s list of concerns, but with giants like Facebook, Google, Amazon and even emergency dispatch services being taken offline, outages have become the new cause of stress for IT executives.
“This is literally what keeps me up at night,” said Justin Mathews, COO at digital agency O3 World, in an interview with CIO Dive.
With outages causing revenue dips, the cost of downtime adds not only to lost revenue, but to the weight put on IT provider’s shoulders. With stress mounting, many are looking for a resolution that will allow them to manage the network more effectively so they can resolve issues before they become an outage for the end user.
