Resignation of three Directors brings Martello’s Board of Directors to six, in line with the Company’s size and focus.

OTTAWA, ONFeb. 13, 2023 /CNW/ – MartelloTechnologies Group Inc., (“Martello” or the “Company”) (TSXV: MTLO), a provider of software that optimizes the Microsoft Modern Workplace, announced today as part of an initiative to streamline the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), Co-Chairman Bruce Linton, and Board Directors Jennifer Camelon and Michael Michalyshyn have resigned effective today. Martello plans to proceed with a Board consisting of 6 Directors.

I’d like to particularly recognize Bruce’s longstanding leadership as Co-Chairman and the critical role he played in Martello’s listing on the TSXV in 2018.
