Martello (TSXV: MTLO) to Begin Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on September 12

Ottawa, Ontario (September 6, 2018) – Martello Technologies Group Inc. (TSXV: MTLO), (“Martello” or the “Company”), a provider of network performance management solutions for real-time communications with more than 5,000 businesses and government organizations already under management in 150 countries around the world, and more than 1.5 million IPT (Internet Protocol Telephony) users under management, is pleased to announce that the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) when the market opens on September 12, 2018. Martello will trade as a technology issuer with the symbol “MTLO”. This will follow receipt of the final exchange bulletin (the “Final Exchange Bulletin”)from the TSXV.

Martello will ring the opening bell on the TSX Venture Exchange next Wednesday, September 12th at 9:30 AM EST, with media availability immediately following. In August 2018, the company received the INTERNET TELEPHONY SD-WAN Product of the Year Award, and in June debuted on the Branham 300 listing of Canada’s top ICT (Information and Communications Technology) companies. Also in June, Martello announced the closure of an oversubscribed $7.5 million private placement, and in May added bench strength with the appointment of CFO Erin Crowe. In December 2017, Martello acquired SD-WAN player Elfiq Networks.
