Martello Announces Stock Option Grant

OTTAWA, ON, June 27, 2024 /CNW/ – Martello Technologies Group Inc., (“Martello” or the “Company”) (TSXV: MTLO), a provider of software that optimizes the Microsoft Modern Workplace announced today that it has granted a total of 6,500,000 stock options (the “Options”) to certain directors of the Company.
The Options are exercisable into one common share in the capital of the Company (each, a “Share”) at a price of $0.05 per Share. The Options will vest in equal annual instalments over 36 months and expire five years from the date of grant.
The Options have been granted pursuant to the Omnibus Long Term Incentive Plan approved by shareholders of the Company on September 28, 2022 and ratified at the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders on September 27, 2023.
