We launched our inaugural Microsoft Teams Performance Trends report, which revealed that globally, an average of 3.1% of Microsoft Teams fail or are of poor quality. As Martello shared this data at events around the world, it became clear that there is significant unseen productivity leakage in most businesses, amounting to more than $500,000 each year in lost productivity and IT troubleshooting time (estimate for a 5,000-person organization).
