We launched our inaugural Microsoft Teams Performance Trends report, which revealed that globally, an average of 3.1% of Microsoft Teams fail or are of poor quality. As Martello shared this data at events around the world, it became clear that there is significant unseen productivity leakage in most businesses, amounting to more than $500,000 each year in lost productivity and IT troubleshooting time (estimate for a 5,000-person organization).   1. Customer-Centric Product Innovation

In 2023, Martello doubled down on our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our customers. We rolled out several Vantage DX product enhancements that elevate end-to-end visibility into the Microsoft Teams user experience. With Microsoft Teams Rooms gaining in popularity, we added Microsoft Teams Room monitoring and launched even deeper insights into the user experience with User Rating visibility front and center. These improvements were crafted to ensure that our customers can extract maximum value from our solutions, driving efficiency and productivity in their operations. We never stop innovating: in 2023 a series of internal global Hackathons resulted in exciting new ideas that will help shape our product roadmap.

Our longstanding partnership with Mitel continued to flourish in 2023, as we kicked off the year with exciting new softphone voice quality monitoring capabilities, helping facilitate successful hybrid workplace productivity.

As Chairman Terence Matthews continued to express his confidence in Martello’s technology and market opportunity, we added bench strength to our Board of Directors with the addition of technology leader Paul Butcher. From the UK to US, we spoke to thousands of IT and business leaders at conferences, on webinars, and in publications, sharing insights on emerging technologies and best practices. This not only solidified Martello’s position as a thought leader in the industry but also served as a testament to our commitment to empowering our customers and partners with knowledge and expertise.
