OTTAWA, ON – March 19, 2014 – Version 4.10 of Martello’s popular MarWatch sofware has been released. MarWatch 4.10 supports monitoring, remote access and alerts for MiContact Center, Mitel`s advanced multi-channel contact center solution. Until now IT staff had few available tools to manage MiContact Center systems and prevent downtime. Companies that have adopted MiContact Center know the importance of responsive customer service, so there has been growing demand for a solution that will monitor MiContact Center and offer visibility into the system to keep it running optimally. MarWatch 4.10 also adds support for additional devices and applications. Recent Mitel acquisition OAISYS, which delivers integrated call recording and quality management solutions, is now supported by MarWatch.
To expand its support for the key hospitality industry, MarWatch 4.10 offers monitoring, remote access and alerts for the InnLine hospitality voice mail system. As always, MarWatch can provide server and service monitoring for Property Management Systems (PMS).
MarWatch 4.10 also includes several enhancements designed to improve the user`s experience. These include dynamic page resizing for tablets and smartphones (iOS and Android), new on-demand report queries, and a device maintenance mode to eliminate nuisance alarms for known offline devices.
